By submitting you work to iGhetto.com, you indicate that you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. By submitting any written content, images, and or links to iGhetto.com, you indicate that you agree to be bound by this agreement.

This agreement pertains to our "Author Submission Agreement", where you supply your written or digital works and/or other content to us, allowing us to include your material on our site, which we make freely available over the Web. Either you or iGhetto.com have the right to terminate this agreement at any time.

Author Submission Agreement: When you provide iGhetto.com with written works, and or other material (such as pictures, etc.) for use as part of our Author Submission Agreement, the following terms apply: 1. You grant to iGhetto.com, a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: (a) distribute over a digital medium, publicly display and digitally reproduce the Author's Submission Material in whole or in part; (b) use any trademarks, service marks or trade names incorporated in the Author Submission Agreement in connection with your material; and (c) use the name and likeness of any individuals represented in the Author Submission Agreement only in connection with your submitted material. iGhetto.com is not responsible for fraudulent claims of authorship. All work submitted must be entirely of your own creation. You are solely liable for any misrepresentation of ownership.

I also certify that I am the author or sole owner of the material I am submitting to iGhetto.com. iGhetto.com and its licensees may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. I agree to indemnify iGhetto.com for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the material.
